Agro Land implemented the project "Agrotechnical assessment of the land plot and selection of recommended crops" on 140 hectares in the village of Kanda, Mtskheta Municipality, Mtskheta-Mtianeti region in 2021.
Under the project, the plot was divided into sectors and assessed agrotechnically by the company agronomists, agroengineers and experts.

Terrain assessment
Description of common crops, general condition of plants, existing power transmission masts and waste infrastructure
Assessment of the condition and need for an existing windbreak
Assessment of swamp levels, groundwater availability and risks
Climate Characterization - According to the official data, all the climatic parameters in the area of the plot, which may have an impact on the cultivation / production of crops, have been assessed.
Assessment of the irrigation water resource potential of the plot
Conducting laboratory analysis of soil and water
The company also conducted additional surveys using drones - assessing terrain, vegetation and other physical parameters, as well as preparing photo documents for the client.
