In 2018, Agro Land found 620 hectares of land in Kvemo Kartli region, Dmanisi Municipality to arrange a meat cattle farm, provided its agro-technical assessment, provided agronomic consultations and completely cleared the land from stones. Works performed: Determining the optimal region for the farm Agro-technical assessment of land Brokerage activities Measuring works Agronomic consultations Infrastructure works - clearing the area from stones Georgian and foreign experts involved in the project conducted geoclimatic survey in several villages of the municipality. The aim of the survey was to assess the adaptation of existing meat varieties to the climatic conditions of Dmanisi, the prevalence of diseases and the existing food ration. Based on the studies conducted and taking into account the existing natural-climatic factors, foreign experts selected the optimal varieties of cattle and determined the calendar phases of production of goods. The next stage of the project was to find a plot of land. The agro-technical characteristics and potential of the excavated land were evaluated with the consultation of the company's agronomists, zootechnicians, experts. In consultation with agronomists, the entire plot of land was studied in detail and a specific area was selected for the production of a livestock feed base, and a specific area of land was allocated for pasture. Within the framework of the project, Georgian and foreign agronomists of the company developed a plan to restore the existing pasture, which included: cultivation, sowing, grazing plan. In addition, within the framework of this project, the company Agro Land provided the collection of stones in the selected area and its removal from the plot.
