One of the priority issues of Agro Solutions Group is the development of social responsibility, to achieve this the company has established "AS Academy", which aims to stimulate entrepreneurship among young people and enhance their professional skills in agro field.

Within the academy, students and those interested in agriculture have the opportunity to gain both theoretical and practical knowledge in the agro field.

The company also constantly has young interns who are familiar with the specifications of the company's work, are involved in projects of interest to them, and gain practical and theoretical knowledge in the agro field.

As part of social responsibility, Agro Solutions Group also conducts awareness-raising trainings for schoolchildren, they are introduced to agriculture, its fields and importance, the above mentioned will help them to make the right decision in choosing a profession in future.

In addition to the AS Academy, each project implemented by the company provides for social responsibility, which includes the involvement of young people, women, people with disabilities and religious minorities.
